Baking has always had a strong presence in my life. I soooo believe I was born to stand over my KitchenAid and make (and eat) all things sweet! My earliest memories date back to my school holidays in Nonna's kitchen watching over her cook the most delicious cakes and Italian biscotti. Nonna definitely made sure we never went home hungry. We walked in there with one stomach and by the time it was time to leave we left with two. This passion for food lives on in my baking to deliver a unique creation that will tingle those taste buds.
